Happy Cinco de Mayo

While we won't be able to celebrate in person this year, I wish you a Happy Cinco de Mayo. The past few weeks have been different than anything we have ever experienced. Never did I expect anything like this to happen to our precious planet and the people on it. We have a lot to be grateful for even with all that is going on.

I know that many people are finding it extremely hard to be home right now. I am not making light of domestic violence, verbal abuse or those who feel they cannot go on. For that I am truly sorry. Please know that you are loved. Reach out for help.

There is always a way out. We get stronger in times of adversity. You are strong and will get through this.

My hope for all of you is that you appreciate what you have in the present moment. Tell the people you love that you love them. Call someone you haven't talked to in awhile. Forgive someone you need to forgive even if that someone is you. Take the time to do something you never have time to do. Paint something, draw! Be a good listener. Make tacos and nachos and celebrate wherever you are.
And if you want to make a lighter cocktail calorie-wise see my skinny cocktail.
