If I had to pick I would say that "Walk the Floor" is the move that most people ask about. It can be challenging as it requires flexibility & strength so work with where you are at.
To help you visualize the move I made a video of walk the floor. Be sure to come to a full standing position in between reps. TIP: If you have trouble touching your toes then spread your feet apart to widen your stance. If it is still not happening then you know you need to work on your flexibility first.
If you are able and feeling good you can add a push-up to it. If that is not in the cards today then simply walk your hands out to the plank and back.
