View this post on Instagram Celebrate the little things!🌸 At the gym we get to ring the bell when we hit a new record. 🔔 This is our old gong and me hitting it for an old personal best when I did my first CrossFit total. TODAY I hit 205 lbs for 5 reps on my deadlift so yes, I rang the bell and smiled to myself. 😁 I am getting stronger by being consistent with my work and resting well. My sleep has greatly improved since I started using a new product in April. I was such a light sleeper before and I rarely slept all the way through the night. 😴 I can feel what a difference quality sleep is making in my body’s recovery.
